Returns, Refunds & Store Credit Policy

The WaterStop Shop will accept goods for return for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. You may choose between a full store credit (valid for 6 months from the date of purchase) or a refund – all refunds will incur a 15% re-stocking fee.

Use of Your Personal Information

For each visitor to reach the site, we expressively collect the following non-personally identifiable information, including, but not limited to, browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the site, page access times and referring website address. This collected information is used solely internally for the purpose of gauging visitor traffic, trends and delivering personalized content to you while you are at this site.

Exclusions from Returns

Any products specifically ordered for a customer will not be accepted for return under any circumstance unless required by law. Please be advised that we base product quantities on the information given to us at the time of sale.

Responsibility for Quantity & Coverage

We will NOT accept product returns if you over or underestimate your job or do NOT meet the recommended coverage as per manufacturers specifications.
